Searcher Syndicates...a novel approach for consideration?
A lot of searchers are seeking to acquire the same or a very similar asset profile (EBITDA, geography, etc..) and it's understandable. However, has anyone or is anyone, working in a syndication or team and building a quasi PE like structure using EtA as a framework for acquiring multiple assets (diversification) and deploying your capital in a pool to increase buying power?
