Searcher-support Advisory + Any searcher in Brazil?

Hello everyone, My name is Rafael Guerra, Founding Partner at Apeltrys Advisors, a Brazil-based M&A and special situations advisory firm with an active footprint across Latin America and the United States. Our practice is generalist and sector-agnostic, with flexibility across transaction sizes and capital structures. We work alongside searchers and operators throughout the full lifecycle of a deal, providing support on economic-financial advisory, valuation, transaction structuring, debt and capital solutions, SPA negotiation, and other critical execution workstreams.
