Searcher Opportunity: Drive Rollup in Industrial Services Space

We have identified a rollup opportunity in the industrial services space in the mid-south. There is a platform business with two motivated managers who have also developed a pipeline of acquisition targets and sightline to $3-5M EBITDA. Since the platform is small (~$700K EBITDA), we believe this could be an interesting opportunity for a searcher who wants to dive in and get their hands dirty with a blue collar business roll-up.

There would be significant equity opportunity for the searcher, and we would partner with you on the deal. There are lots of ways to be creative given existing managers and deal pipeline. We believe a searcher could be great for this business, as the SBA leverage ratios could create quite significant returns during a quick rollup period.
