Hello all, I'm putting together a small group of 8-10 searchers looking for a community of like-minded individuals to stay accountable and support each other through the search process. Good idea, glad to see you do this. One suggestion. There are a lot of serious searchers who are prioritizing geography and fit over timing, and a 6-12 month window is near term. A better way to phrase it would be "Committed to pursuing acquisitions within the next 6 months." Gets you people starting the process without losing out.
