Searcher looking for experienced support

Hey Everyone hopefully im asking the right question/s here.

I have been searching for about 6 months now.
I have access to investors ready to invest
I can source my own deals
I am self funded and prefer it that way but open to another arrangement.
I have almost 10 years in Software Sales and have helped grow software companies and services companies ( all B2B)

My gap is that I dont fully understand the actual process of acquiring like LOI process, due diligence, etc.

Are there any teams, firms, or equity groups in southern California that would be interested in partnering with me and mentoring me through this process?

I would worry less about geo located businesses and more on any group in the US that will take you on. You can DD remotely and run search from just about anywhere (minus meeting sellers, etc.)
