We're looking for a GM for a $2.5M solar installation company. We're looking for someone that ideally has residential and commercial solar energy construction experience. Does anyone know of any operators in the space that might be interested?

My friend has a slightly larger company in the space and hired his Tesla Account Manger as a first time GM...I believe it was a decrease in salary but w/ share of FCF. I think It's gone well.
