Searcher -> CMO

Hi everyone,
We’re looking in somewhat of an unconventional way for a CMO to join one of our portfolio companies. The company was acquired in 2019, is currently doing 8 figures in revenue, and has grown quickly through COVID despite being in an impacted industry.
Both my business partner and I are active in running the day-to-day, as this is our most exciting platform company. Ideally, looking for someone who is very tactical with digital marketing, has experience with similar size companies, and has an entrepreneurial background. Offering fixed comp + equity exposure. Happy to let someone buy additional equity too at a fair valuation.
