Broadtree Partners is looking to hire skilled operators and entrepreneurs to search for and run $1-10M+ EBITDA portfolio companies. Broadtree is an operator-centric private equity firm. Similar to search fund accelerators, we look to hire highly talented individuals dedicated to ETA and support them in deal sourcing, fundraising, due diligence, business acquisition, and governance. We offer more flexibility than the accelerator model, supporting virtual search, larger deals, wider range of industries, and giving each searcher equity in the fund in addition to equity in their deals. We will also sponsor individuals for work visas and US citizenship. We have closed 25+ standalone and add on acquisitions and have had two realizations at the fund, including one exit, which was successful. We are looking for searchers to join our 2023 cohort. Specifically, we are looking for alumni and second year MBA students who are interested in ETA and would start their search soon after graduation. The planned start date for our 2023 cohort is July 2023 but we have ability to start an additional cohort in January 2023 if there is interest. We accept applicants on a rolling basis.
