Search Update: 2 Companies Under LOI

HI Searchers, Exciting times here at Blue Sky Capital. We are 6 weeks into our search and we have 2 companies under LOI. Both are commercial HVAC companies in Alabama. One of the sellers agreed to 100% seller finance. The other one is a bit more complicated so I'll spare you the details. The most exciting part of this search is how we set up our infrastructure. Meaning we developed an automated email sequence campaign that sends over 1,000 emails per day to prospective sellers. This has the generated 15 leads into our deal pipeline and ultimately what has drove us to get two companies under LOI. We were so excited to share this news. After a few conversations within our network we were introduced to a business owner looking to find an investor to expand their operations internationally. We implemented our marketing process for him and we have booked five meetings with different investors with our client. Just wanted to share some wins with the community.
