Search Services/Resources

I would like to know what resources or services (outside of the traditional business brokerage service) are available for conducting a business acquisitions search? For instance if I were to conduct a search on my own. I know I can get a list of companies within certain industries. I know I can hire a VA to contact them and or do the calls myself. I am wondering if there is a turn key service that does this for you.
