Search Funds Backing Acquisitions in the Beauty Industry

Happy New Year Everyone!

Anyone know of search funds that back business acquisitions in the beauty industry?

I have a commercial sales leaseback business under LOI that subleases space to stylists.

(Business has three locations and does not own the real estate)

Traditional banks and SBA financing have been a no-go as they see this business model as a passive business.
