Search Fund Private Equity Analyst - Internship (New York)

Clay Path Partners is hiring two part-time business analyst interns to start as early as September. The internship will offer special, hands-on opportunities to engage at all stages of an entrepreneurial private equity deal process. Interns’ primary responsibility will be to support Clay Path’s managing partner in industry research and deal sourcing. This select internship is unpaid but will offer course credit, mentorship, networking opportunities, and letters of recommendation. Clay Path’s goal is to make the internship a collaborative and educational experience that prepares students for careers in entrepreneurship, investment banking, consulting, private equity, and operations. Interns will have direct access to Clay Path’s managing partner and networking opportunities with private equity investors. The expected time commitment is 10 hours per week for at least 3 months. This is a remote internship, but New York City-based interns may have the opportunity to work in person on select days. See PDF for more details on intern responsibilities.
