Seems like all that’s left is to offer an outsourced search team and a part-time CEO so searchers can fully automate the journey! 😄 All jokes aside, I get the value this brings, especially for folks who want to hit the ground running or aren’t design/tech-savvy. That said, part of me does wonder if we’re veering into a version of entrepreneurship where people skip the scrappy, hands-on stuff that teaches you the most.

Know what you're great at and hire for everything else. Every searcher I've helped so far has had a deep technical background (i.e. engineering) so the basic marketing assistance was certainly helpful for them. I wouldn't want a marketing professional designing my airplane landing gears...
