Are there any search fund LPs who also actively invest in real estate? I have a group that is looking to apply a search fund-esque structure to a unique strategy in a certain narrow niche within real estate. The investments are in real assets, not companies/services selling into the real estate sector.
The team is experienced and has a track record average IRR of 46% across 13 properties.
