Search Fund Law Firms in Greater Philadelphia Area

I've checked the directory, but didn't find recommendations for law firms in the Philadelphia area with specific expertise in search.  Any suggestions?  I've worked with Duane Morris on IP issues and was thinking I'd reach out to them.

This is a pretty old thread by this point, and hopefully your problem has been solved, but two things to keep in mind: 1) depending on the laws in your target's jurisdiction, a lawyer from another state may be able to work the deal, and 2) there are probably a lot of lawyers in Philly who would do a great job for you even if they aren't specifically familiar with the search model, depending on your needs. M&A lawyers can work the transaction, just make sure the scope of their services is consistent with what you are looking for (talk about costs up front!!!). Good luck!
