Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Undergraduate Intern to support our research and outreach activities. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in private equity-style investing, entrepreneurship, and business analysis. Interns will work directly with the Northway Partners team to assist in sourcing, researching, and tracking companies that may fit our investment criteria.

What You'll Do
• Conduct industry research and compile market insights
• Identify and research founder-owned businesses across targeted sectors
• Assist in building outreach lists and supporting email campaigns
• Participate in deal sourcing, due diligence, and financial analysis
• Support CRM data entry and tracking of search pipeline activity
• Help prepare internal and external briefing materials and presentations
Candidate Profile
• Current undergraduate student (any major welcome)
• Demonstrated interest in business, finance, investing, and/or entrepreneurship
• Strong research and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Excited to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• No prior finance experience required—but curiosity and drive are essential
Internship Details
• Duration: Rolling basis, 10-12 weeks with the opportunity to extend
• Hours: 15–20 hours per week, part-time
• Location: Remote (unless located in Charlotte)
• Compensation: Unpaid; meaningful experience and exposure to entrepreneurship-through-acquisition. Potential for references at the end of the internship.
