Search Fund Interning

Hi everyone,

I have an interview with a private equity search fund for an internship opportunity. What can I expect from the interview? I am assuming I won't need to know technicals like modeling and valuation.

Any insights or thoughts?

Hi Anon, I am running the intern program for the search fund that I am working for and can offer some insight. We are looking for bright people who take initiative. That's pretty much it. Technical skills can be trained, but work ethic and an eager attitude cannot. Show up with those two things, and you'll be just fine!
