The fund’s objective is to identify, acquire, and operate one existing high-quality private business. The fund is focused on companies in B2B asset-light recurring services across the industrials and healthcare end-markets, ranging from $15M to $50M in enterprise value. Founder Profiles: Colin Bourdin: redacted Grace Chen: redacted Role: Search Fund Private Equity Intern – Undergraduate Student Position’s Hiring Manager: Colin Bourdin (co-founder & managing partner) Job Description Presidio Park Group is seeking a Search Fund Private Equity Intern who is a currently enrolled undergraduate student to support its founders in identifying and acquiring a private business. Interns will play an integral role and make significant impact in thematic industry research, target company sourcing and outreach, and evaluating potential acquisitions. The initial focus of the role will be in sourcing new company investment opportunities and market research. The candidate should be comfortable with cold calling and outbound work to SMB founders. The position represents a unique opportunity for students pursuing careers in private equity, investment banking, consulting, and entrepreneurship. The fund’s founders have significant experience in investing and operations and can provide valuable insights into various aspects across industry research, valuation, investment banking, private equity, and business strategy. Responsibilities ● Identify and conduct sourcing outreach to companies that fit our investment criteria ● Cold call priority company CEO’s and founders ● Conduct research on industry niches and investment themes ● Evaluate potential investment opportunities and support due diligence primarily focused on market research. Any potential financial analysis and business model evaluation will come later in the internship and will not be the focus initially. Qualifications ● Currently enrolled undergraduate student at a 4-year university ● Minimum 3.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) ● Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong work ethic and desire to learn ● Strong analytical abilities, research skills, and attention to detail ● Humble and willing to do the repetitive outbound work required to originate deals ● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Location & Timing ● June 2026 start date ● 4 month minimum time commitment ● This role will be remote.
