Search fund intern (MBA student preferred)

We are looking for a searchfund intern. The role will suit a recent MBA / business graduate or someone currently studying towards a business degree. If you have worked in deal space before in an analyst or advisor role then we are keen to speak with you. This position will suit someone interested in understanding searchfund, investment banking and private equity space. Some duties include: - Helping with deeper industry analysis including conversations with industry experts. - assisting with prop search - assisting with intermediary outreach and relationship building - assisting with CDD, FDD, and interfacing with expert DD team. - Assisting with lender queries. - Assisting with investor communication and updates There will be an opportunity to shadow calls with wider support teams, investors and sellers. Although the role is unpaid, we can discuss some compensation on completion. Duration: 8-10 weeks Work hours are flexible however we expect regular interaction with the intern a couple of times a week.
