Search Fund – Deal Execution & Due Diligence on live tech deal

Interns will be working in the deal execution and due diligence phase in the potential acquisition of an Australian SME in the tech space. If you are looking to go into a career in private equity, investment banking, tech, or other finance-related roles this could be a good opportunity for you.
Touchstone Point is advancing a live acquisition opportunity involving an Australian SME in the tech sector.
In interviews, career professionals want to see impact you have made on deals and if you are ready to dedicate 6-8 hours a week to a dedicated deal process, then this will be a good opportunity to set yourself apart during recruitment.
Note: This phase of due diligence will be strict in terms of time commitment, and having 6-8 hours is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

- Basic technical finance knowledge
- Strong communication skills and work ethic, and ability to prioritize the due diligence phase
