Search fund building certified trades platform?

I recall hearing about a search fund that had successfully acquired a business in the certified trades focused on new construction (either a plumbing, electrical, or HVAC contractor) and was attempting to build a platform using their own propriety software tools and then execute a roll-up across multiple certified trades. They may have been at the 2018 Booth-Kellogg ETA conference. Is anyone aware of a searcher / company that meets that description?
