We would like to introduce a new career called "Searcher" from YMFG Search Fund, which is the first in Japan to realize multiple successions by search funds. (This is the 3rd event.)
A search fund is a corporate investment model that was born in the United States and is also called a personal M & A fund.
Currently, it is attracting attention as a new form of entrepreneurship.
Excellent businessmen and MBA holders can become "managers" and play an active role in a slightly different way from starting a business or getting ahead.
We would like to expand this business succession initiative nationwide.
This time, we will invite Mr. Jōsuke Ikegami (Professor, Waseda Business School) as a guest to talk about the career path of MBA holders.
