Search Fund Associate - Part Time (MBA ideal)

Jaan Capital is seeking a motivated MBA student to join as a Search Fund Associate, working directly with Raj Mahajan, a seasoned entrepreneur with a successful track record in acquiring, growing, and exiting businesses. This role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of the search fund process, including sourcing and analyzing acquisition opportunities, conducting industry research, managing outreach campaigns, building relationships with intermediaries, and contributing to closing and due diligence efforts. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in launching their own search fund or pursuing entrepreneurial ventures. Interns will gain unparalleled mentorship from Raj and practical exposure to the acquisition and operation of B2B software businesses in the lower middle market. This position is remote, requires a minimum 10-week commitment, and is unpaid.
