Search Fund Activity by Status in Spain

It seems Spain is within the top-five countries with more search funds raised, only after the US, Canada, and the UK.

I am curious:

How does the funnel “searching-concluded without acquisition-acquired & operating-exited” looks like?

Any thought on that?
