Search Fund Accelerator Model

Hello,

I am wondering if anybody can shed some light on the search fund accelerator business model. What is their typical equity stake in an acquisition and whether they pay a salary to searchers?

The best known one and one of the first doing this model is redacted They take in typical looking search candidates and, I believe, offer, similar economics compared to other funders. In return you get a more structured support environment, but perhaps lack somewhat in breadth of expert advise as there is only one investor.
