Search for equity investors for several >EUR 2m EBIT deals in DACH region

Dear all

After successfully acquiring our first company in 2022, Leonard and myself are looking now at doing the next deals.

Currently we are in advanced talks for several companies with EUR 2-3m EBIT deals in the DACH region and attractive deal terms (valuation, share of vendor loan and/or earn-out, etc.) - for these deals and future deals, we are looking for matching equity investors.

Target region: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Target company size: EUR 2-3m EBIT

We are looking for investors that are investing >EUR 0.25m per equity ticket and are interested to establish a long-term relationship over multiple deals.
