Search Acquisition Transition Ops Opportunity - Bay Area Opportunity

I’m looking for somebody to help me lead a very hands-on operational management transition at a small backup generator company in the Bay Area. The role would be full-time starting this January and would go for at least three months and flexible to go longer for someone who wants to keep going, and could lead to an executive or General Management position at the rollup.

This would be great for someone heading to B-School in the fall who wants hands on Search ETA and Operations experience or someone looking to get into ETA but wants some more experience first. You would work in the trenches with me and the rest of the team and would gain both the broad view and narrow experience of an operation transition and merger-integration.
