I built Searchport.ai to help others like me manage the entire Acquisition workflow. SearchPort.ai is the Acquisition Management System for searchers — an AI-powered platform that sources thousands of active deals, manages your pipeline, parses CIMs, completes bank-ready 3-statement pro-forma financial models, and puts an AI analyst named Beacon directly in your workflow. Give Beacon an email address and treat it just like a junior analyst, copying it on correspondence or forwarding it CIMs. Beacon can log the activity in the built-in CRM, parse the CIM, and create a financial model. We at AMS have been using this for a while and it has really helped our process. As a result we decided to open this up to the wider community.
