SBIR/STTR Contract Asset Purchase during Non-Qualifying Purchase

I am working on my second Asset Purchase or "Novation" of SBIR/STTR grant(s). This time I am working with a PE group that will not qualify to continue the award(s) post close.

I have the legal process and paperwork to handle this type of transaction, where I purchase the Award and continue the research. This can help employees maintain work that may be attached to the award.

These are typically super time-sensitive, with everything needing to be complete within 30 days of the entity becoming non-qualifying.
