The SBA permits it, and now we have a lender who will do it.
SBA loans, with NO cash from borrower, using seller note on full stand by instead.
Conditions apply and not all applicants or deals will get approved.
Deal will need to get submitted for pre-screening before submittal to SBA lender.

^^redacted‌ for the buyer to not have any down payment the seller note would have to be for 10% (or more) and on full standby for the first 24 months.
