Is it possible to get an SBA loan if the business is incorporated internationally ?

Someone told me it was possible so long as after the acquisition that I move it to the US?

it's an online business it just happens that it's incorporated internationally because of the owners tax situation (and they aren't a US citizen/resident)

Unfortunately it is not possible. The business has to be domiciled in the United States. The SBA requires verification via US tax returns and is worried about the proper transfer of business assets. On top of that, even if the SBA would allow it, just about all lenders doing SBA sized deals would likely not do international because they do not understand international law. Sorry.
