SBA loan for a Venture-backed business

Hello!

Does anyone have experience with financing an acquisition via an SBA loan, with the following parameters?
1.. The acquiring company is venture capital backed (i.e. >20 share holders, only one party holds >20% equity)
2. The acquired company is a services business, ~15% EBITDA, 1-2mm annual revenue, >5 years consistently profitable
