Happy to weigh in from the financing side -- at the sub-$1M level, the broker matters less than finding an SBA lender that actually underwrites restaurant/QSR credits well, since food service still carries higher risk overlays at many banks. Worth asking any lender you talk to how many cafe or QSR deals they've closed in the last year and what equity injection they're requiring, since that varies a lot by lender at this size. We work with buyers on financing structure for deals like this and are happy to be a resource if useful.
