Has anyone run into this situation before? SBA is not approving eligibility for SBA loan due to conditional status of 2-year green card. However I have filed with USCIS to remove conditions and have received form I-797. According to SBA's own rules ('section A, 4.b.III' in link below) I am indeed eligible with 2-year greencard PLUS form i###-###-#### my exact case is spelled out in black and white white but they are still not approving: www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/###-###-#### /Policy%20Notice%20-%20Citizenship%20Requirements%20EO14159%20%28FINAL%###-###-#### %29.pdf Has anyone encounter a similar case previously?

I have not run into this, but it does state in black and white that you would be eligble as long as it is the form###-###-#### and you filed within 90 days of 551 expiration. Likely the bank is being overly conservative

Thanks, Luke, but I haven't run into the specific situation. I agree with Sean - try another bank.
