What is Searchfunder.com?

Matt- I think this is great piece of education/roadmap for a buyer getting into the search world. One thing I would add on pre-LOI is really vetting the day to day seller(s) responsibility/role and what is being replaced (along with other just deal specific/ops risk). Many buyers drill on the numbers which is understandable but focus away on translatable skills and truly what they are replacing and what overall impact to available cash flow is left standing when factoring that in
