SBA Lender Search for deal with large investor

Hi all - Looking for recommendations on banks that will fund a $2M PP deal with one investor putting in 200k for ~19% equity interest (not interested in PGing the deal).

Highly recurring revenue deal, heavy financial background + investor has industry experience.

10% down payment.

Located in Northeast.
