SBA Lender for Pittsburgh

Hello - I'm interested in finding an SBA 7a/504 lender that can do deals in Pittsburgh. The SBA component of this deal is almost all real estate. So I think 504 is the way to go here...but would like perspective on this as well. I'd appreciate any intros. Thanks, Andrew

Andrew - I hail from Harrisburg and can do deal in all 50 states. 504 loans have their share of cons/pros - always good to compare against a 7a solution. redacted
