SBA Fees

Other than the SBA guarantee fee, what other SBA fees do you have to pay for? How much are they typically?

The guarantee fee is the largest one, packaging fee is usually $2,500, business valuation $3000, appraisals vary, legal $6k or so. I usually budget $15k-20k in closing costs outside the guarantee fee
