Hi all - we are looking at an asset in the Tallahassee metro area and while we have strong relationships with national and regional lenders who do acquisition and SBA financing - we've found that it is very important to also develop relationships with strong local lenders as well. With that in mind - are there any local banks / bankers that are strong in both SBA and plain vanilla acquisition finance in the area that you recommend ?
