SBA EIDL Loan - Change of Control + Subordination Request

Has anyone gone through a Change of Control and Updated Subordination Request for an SBA EIDL loan recently? I am attempting to keep my EIDL loan through a potential acquisition that will include new senior debt + new legal structure. I would appreciate any recent expertise to help get this through the SBA smoothly. Thanks in advance.
