Heading down the path of my first acquisition, and I found a potential option albeit smaller than I had planned.

It’s a Shopify business dropshipping through a series of domestic suppliers, greater than 5 years in business, and a purchase price would be around 250-350k. This seems too small for some of the SBA banks I’ve been researching.

My questions are:

  • Does anyone have an SBA lender recommendation they think would be a good fit for this?
  • This seems small to pay for a full Q of E, have you worked with anyone who does reduced Q of E’s for something like this?
