SBA 7A - Offer in compromise - Spouse assets protection

SBA 7a - Offer in compromise - Business not doing well. going with OIC option. like to know few things before we proceed. 1. Spouse is not given any PG 2. Spouse has her own trading account money from her w2 earnings. 3. Do we need to disclose all spouse assets in OIC even though i do not have any rights on her assets because of her own trust?
