Sba 7a loan sale

I am in the process of purchasing one business unit under our hold co outright through leveraging a sba 7a loan. Part of this transaction will likely include the repurchase of my equity at the holding company level - or the exchange of my holding co equity for increased ownership in the new co u it. I am seeking an experienced sba advisor to help guide the transaction. Preferably an attorney if accountant or SBA lender who would like to look at the deal. Approx size is $4.5mm thanks
