Sanity check on model for portfolio franchise units I'm looking to acquire

Hey SF community - Looking to submit an LOI on a portfolio of franchises this week. I have built a model, but before I go and ask people for money, it needs a facelift. What I am really looking for is someone who can go through the data room, review financials, sanity check my model, fix my model, and tell me if I am thinking about things the right way. Who is this person?

Q of E? Business broker? Search fund intern? Should I just figure it out myself? Please tag anyone and I will DM - anon while still in W2 life!
