San Diego recommendations for legal/CPA?

I'm a San Diego individual searcher looking to acquire my first small business in the sub-$5m range. Currently looking for recommendations for local legal counsel and CPA services. I'm open to offering equity to the right candidate firms for both service types, but that's not a hard requirement. I'd be grateful for any recommendations for smaller/non-BigLaw individual practitioners/firms. It's not just a fees thing-- I like the idea of keeping my broader team on the small and scrappy side as long as they're skilled/knowledgeable. Feel free to message directly or post here.
