Sales Reps (Aerospace & Defense Markets)

An aerospace and defense business that specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of defense avionics and electronics components is seeking sales reps who are interested to support the growth of the company. Ideally looking for commission-based sales reps. Focus is on the US market at this time. Does anyone have any advice as to where to identify sales reps for this type of work?
