We’re hiring a sales professional who speaks M&A to help scale Hadaly.
About Us:
Hadaly is a Montreal-based SaaS platform built for SMB and lower-mid-market transactions. We provide:
AI-powered Smart Data Room
Due-diligence copilot
Automated valuation, CIM, teaser generation
QuickBooks integrations and financial normalization
We help brokers, searchers, franchisors, lenders and advisors move faster with cleaner data and clearer comps.
The Role (Full-Cycle Sales):
You will own the entire sales motion:
Prospect → qualify → demo → scope → close
Sell to brokers, searchers, franchisors, advisors, and lenders
Run structured, high-signal product demos
Translate pain points into outcomes and shape scalable playbooks
Work primarily in Canada & the US
Who You Are:
Background selling to M&A professionals or prior experience in IB/PE/brokerage/search fund
Comfortable discussing CIMs, data rooms, financials, and deal processes
Strong communicator (English required; French is a plus)
Builder mindset — you can turn conversations into repeatable sales motions
Compensation:
Base salary + 20% commission on sales
Location:
Montreal or remote Canada/US.
