^redacted‌ excellent post. I have spent some time in real estate as well. If you need a capital source for operating assets of a company that you want to purchase, we are happy to provide pricing, triple net lease. Please know that you will need to think about the price of the OpCo / PropCo.

Hi Joel, I’d be interested in learning more about this if you’ve still open to chat? I recently did a deal largely financed through a lease (but not a lease buyback) and am trying to figure out how to develop a repeatable process for this model.
