Hey ^redacted‌ absolutely - it’s called PACT - Partnership Acquisition Commonsense terms. Similar to the SAFE note in venture-backed deals, we are hopeful that PACT will help bring clarity and efficiency to small business acquisition deals as a starting point template for both searchers and investors to work from. Note: In all SBA-backed deals, any and all distributions to investors are entirely discretionary on the part of the searcher/CEO/majority owner and can never be required (as in, via a Put Option) until after the SBA loan is repaid in full. https://etapact.com/en-us/
