SaaS within Adobe Ecosystem

Hi to all the Searchfunder funding partners! My partner and I have a small holding company based in Salt Lake City. We currently have holdings in the construction and transportation industries ($5-20m in revenue). However, with over 25 years of software experience, we began searching for strong micro-SaaS companies to acquire at the beginning of 2024. We are currently under LOI on a micro-SaaS platform within the Adobe ecosystem with a TAM of 5m users. Current annual revenue is $1m (with YoY growth of 10% for the past five years) with zero sales/marketing to date. Our growth plan shows a conservative increase at 35-40%.
